Heera Bora Advisory ("we," "us") operates heerabora.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this site and how we use it.
What we collect
When you submit our contact form or book an appointment through our scheduling calendar, we collect your name, email address, company or property name, and any message you choose to include. Our website host, Squarespace, may also automatically collect basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to run and secure the site. We do not use advertising trackers.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, schedule and hold appointments, and discuss potential services. We do not sell your personal information.
Who sees it
Contact form submissions are stored in our website platform, Squarespace, and are also delivered to our Google (Gmail) account. Appointment bookings are made through a Google-hosted booking page and stored in our Google Calendar. Squarespace and Google process this information on our behalf under their own privacy terms. We do not share your information with anyone else except where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and appointment records for approximately one year and delete them in a monthly review, so some may be kept for up to 13 months. We delete them from our email, website platform, and calendar, unless we are working together.
Cookies
This site uses cookies necessary to operate. Non-essential cookies are only set if you accept them through our cookie banner. Our booking calendar is a link to a page hosted by Google; once you click through, Google’s own cookies and privacy terms apply.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing hello@heerabora.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
