Your leadership signs our engagement letter and agrees to a confidentiality clause — your front desk, restaurant team, and housekeeping staff experience nothing other than a discerning guest enjoying your property. That is precisely what makes our evaluation meaningful.

Your report is shared exclusively with you. We do not publish, reference, or discuss the findings from your evaluation without your explicit written permission. Anonymized references — such as property type and general region — may appear in our materials as illustrative examples, as outlined in your engagement letter. What identifies you stays between us.

Every finding in your report tells you exactly what happened, where it happened, and what it meant for your guest experience — accompanied by a Priority Action Plan that gives you a clear and structured path forward. Properties with meaningful gaps often see the most significant improvements following an evaluation.

Absolutely. If a finding is factually incorrect, we welcome the conversation and correct it before your final report is issued. The disclosed consultation is specifically designed for this dialogue, and we approach every conversation with genuine care for your property.

The Hotel Guest Experience Evaluation begins at $3,500 for a standard two-night full evaluation. The Restaurant Evaluation begins at $1,500. The Pre-Arrival Guest Experience Evaluation begins at $500 with no travel required.

The Spa & Wellness Evaluation begins at $500 and is conducted alongside The Hotel Guest Experience Evaluation, with a minimum of three nights. Spa treatments are booked in advance through the property's standard guest channel — the same way any genuine guest would book. It is available as an addition to a hotel engagement or as a follow-up for properties that have completed a prior evaluation.

All evaluations require a 50% deposit on signing the engagement letter. Pass-through expenses are billed separately with receipts. We would be happy to discuss the investment for your specific property during a discovery conversation, where we can tailor the scope to what matters most to you.
